Varun Grover
Varun Grover is an Indian screenwriter, lyricist and stand-up comedian. He has written for television and films, including, Masaan (2015), Sacred Games (2018-19), and Sandeep aur Pinky Faraar (2021), along with the lyrics for Gangs of Wasseypur (2012), Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015), Udta Punjab (2016), and Fan (2016). He was awarded Best Screenplay at the Stardust Awards in 2015 for his work on Masaan (2015), as well as Best Dialogue at the 67th Filmfare Awards this year for Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar (2021).
