A young couple, Priyanka and Sumit, having eloped to a metropolitan city during the Covid-19 pandemic, return to the security of their hometown in Darbhanga. While Priyanka, a strong-willed and independent woman, finds herself feeling uneasy in the claustrophobic familiarity of her old surroundings, Sumit happily renews bonds with his gang of mates and slips into a carefree and irresponsible lifestyle. Sumit’s cavalier attitude and disregard for Priyanka’s distress infuriates her and leads to growing emotional distance between the two. Dark clouds gather even as Darbhanga is drenched in a torrential downpour. Priyanka and Sumit must make difficult decisions.
